so gonna hit the yoga studio for HOT yoga with some friends from church. Hope all goes well and I don't faint. Nervous

had my first encounter with HOT yoga tonight and 3/4 of the way through I had a panic attack. Good times but I am going to go do it again tomorrow. Yes I am physco (:
